RESERVATIONS/CONFIRMATIONS
If you do not receive your reservation confirmation from us within 6 hours of your payment, please email us and we will resend your confirmation manually. If you have made a reservation, you should receive a payment verification from PayPal and a reservation confirmation from Wine & Food of Rome.
THE TRAVELER’S RESPONSIBILITY:
The travelers assume complete and full responsibility for themselves during the length of the proposed tour. Upon payment of a partial or full deposit, tour participants indicate full acceptance of the below terms and conditions.
CANCELLATIONS:
We will refund deposits (100%) if cancellation is made more than one week before your service date. If you do not communicate your cancellation more than one week before the tour date, we cannot refund your deposit (0%).

YOUTH PRICES:
Accompanied youth prices are 50% off our published prices. Youth tickets must be requested by email. Children and youth are welcome to participate but you are the best judge of whether they will enjoy the events.
OUR LIABILITY:
Wine & Food of Rome provides a service to travelers. Our service is a liaison between said travelers and local merchants, restaurants and other venues. Wine & Food of Rome, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members.
LIMITED LIABILITY:
We are not responsible for any loss or personal injury. (Travelers are responsible for themselves.)
IF WE MUST CANCEL A TOUR:
In case of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or change any tours without any penalty. In such case, the client will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the services paid. Whenever possible, we will inform you in advance should any changes be necessary.
WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED BY Wine & Food of Rome?
We respect your privacy and do not share any personal information you provide, and our website does not collect your data for marketing purposes.... We cannot confirm your purchase or fulfill your booking if you do not furnish the requested information when buying one of our tours or services.
Unless you expressly authorize us to do so, we do not share your personal information with third-party organizations that are not involved in fulfilling the purchases you have made from Wine & Food of Rome.
DAMAGES AND PERSONAL BEHAVIOR OF GUESTS:
Travelers are responsible for themselves and are expected not to break or damage anything belonging to the venues visited on the tour. Anything broken by a guest due to negligence will require payment or replacement by said guest.
ANY GUEST WHO CONSUMES TOO MUCH ALCOHOL AND/OR BEHAVES IN A DISRUPTIVE MANOR WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
